This website allows us to

• Set up regular donations by direct debit and take one off credit and debit card donations to support Christ's Hospital.
• Sell tickets to the events we organise.
• Sell merchandise.

Secure Payment

Christ's Hospital will collect and be responsible for the payer's contact information only. Christ's Hospital uses Global Payments, a third party service, to provide a secure payment page for the collection of card details and to process transactions securely.

Delivery Policy

We normally aim to despatch your order within 3 working days of receipt. If for any reason we are unable to supply your order within 28 days we will inform you accordingly.
Deliveries to UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail (2nd Class). Deliveries to overseas addresses are sent via Air Mail. If you wish to have your purchases sent by special delivery or courier, please contact us before placing your order.

Faulty Goods

Please advise us of any faulty goods within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the item, delivery charge (if applicable) and the cost of return postage, or offer a replacement at no cost.

Pricing

All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling, and are inclusive of U.K. Value Added Tax (currently 20% where applicable), postage and packing.
Shipping charges are calculated according to delivery address (i.e.UK, Europe, Rest of World).

Refund and Cancellation

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund for any items you have ordered, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order. Goods should be returned at your expense and should be securely packaged to prevent damage. Event booking cancellations can be made up to 8 days in advance of an event for a full refund (if applicable). Should you cancel your booking within 7 days or less of the event date we will be unable to refund you. Should it become necessary for us (CHOBA) to cancel or alter the date of a reunion or event for any reason, you will be offered the choice of an alternative date, if possible, or a full refund.

Currency

We only accept Great British Pound Sterling.

Export Restrictions

Typically, we only send event tickets to UK addresses.
